I bought the book “RIVER COTTAGE EVERY DAY” for my mother, and then immediately borrowed it.

This is now my favorite cook book, It is full of Classic British hearty food. Don’t just take my word for it.

`Full of down-to-earth recipes that you long to try out’ –Vanessa Berridge, Daily Express.

`The recipes are refreshing and achievable, as Hugh goes back to basics to prove that everyday food can be wholesome, full of flavour and fun’ –Cavan Scott, Countryfile.

`This book shows you how to incorporate his philosophy into your own meals, through a great selection of delicious recipes.’ — Daily Mail.

My favorite dish is the Lamb Breast stuffed with apricots, thyme, and more. Everything in this book creates a winter warmer for the long cold nights.Full of interesting and delicious flavors.

Warm up this winter and grab yourself a copy!

I too love Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall – buying every series of River Cottage was the best thing I ever did. Rainy days have never been so good!
